Eligibility and Guidelines
Eligibility
The Zeppo Awards is open to all organizations and individuals involved in designing, building, managing, maintainging, marketing or promoting web sites for business, consumer or general audiences. Web sites must be deployed on the ZeppOS platform and have been in general use for at least part of the current calendar year.
Sites that have won awards in past Zeppo Awards Competitions are eligible for the current competition. here is no limit to the entries that may be submitted by any entrant, nor is there a limit to the number of categories a site may enter. A completed online entry form and fee must accompany each site entered.
Unacceptable Material
Sites that do not conform to the Zeppo Network's Partnership for Integrity's (ZNPI) are not eligible.
Terms and Conditions of Entry
The Zeppo Awards assumes all entries are original and the entrant either owns the website or has permission from a client or other appropriate party to enter the work, with all rights granted therein. In the event that an entrant without such rights submits a site, the entrant will not be eligible for the competition. The Zeppo Awards are not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant. Submission of any entry acknowledges the right of The Zeppo Awards to use it for exhibition and publication in any medium.
Timely submission of an entry meeting the eligibility requirements and payment of the entry fee as stated herein ensures that an entrant's site will be reviewed and considered for recognition. No other representation or warranty is made by The Zeppo Awards concerning entries and all implied warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed.
If an entrant's site receives an award, the manner and details of announcing such nomination and award is strictly within the discretion of The ZeppOS Awards. Entrant understands that all awards may not be given or publicized in the same manner and some might be presented in a ceremony and others might not.
